We will call you 24 hours before your event to confirm your reservation and discuss options in regards to impending weather conditions. If we do not deliver because of weather conditions you will not be charged. If you decide to proceed with your order and weather conditions change, you will be charged full price.

Apr. 29, 2011
Typically 10 children from 2- 8 years old or 8 children from 9- 12 years old can play in a standard- sized jump, but that may be too many depending on the children and circumstances, such as weight, level of play, etc. Please use your judgment as to a safe number of users. Party jumps should always have adult supervision.

What if it gets windy?
Apr. 29, 2011
Never use the jumper in high winds because it can flip over. Deflate the jump and wait until its safe.
What if it rains after the jump has been delivered?
Apr. 29, 2011
Take a break from the jumper when it is wet because it becomes slippery and can be dangerous. If it rains hard, we recommend shutting off the blower and deflating the unit. When the rain stops, just inflate it and dry the inside with a towel. If the rain is light you may be able to continue using it if the jump interior stays dry.

We expect that each unit will get a little dirty and that’s okay! We do not charge a fee for normal cleaning. We routinely clean all the jumps after pick- up. However, if it gets excessively dirty or muddy, we ask that you please clean it or you may be subject to a $100 cleaning fee. You can clean it with any mild household cleaner such as Simple Green.
